“A generally good overview, but big issues with the format of the slideshow and tasks- the text kept going off the screen so I couldn't read it, and frequently the "check answers" button was completely inaccessible as it had fallen off screen. I had to perform some digital gymnastics with constant zooming and clicking just to advance on the course! I am working on a MacBook Air 13 inch screen, for your information.”

Hello Sally, thank you for leaving us a review and I do apologise for any technical errors you experienced. We tend to find that some browsers are less receptive to the training, and some devices are also more problematic to do the course on. MacBooks do sometimes have problems running our courses. As for browser issues, I tend to find that Google Chrome works best for our training, as Firefox, Edge and Safari can also cause issues, especially when used on a MacBook rather than a Windows device.
