“Overall really in-depth training - much improved. I think the intense focus on poverty regarding neglect needs to be looked at, alerting through training the emotional neglect that can occur within financially well to do families is key. I have first hand experience of this and it is something that is far harder to identify and training is key so people are aware and it is on their radar.”
