“Although there's a lot to read, it is well done. There are clear explanations and things that I understood better than before. It's not too jargonistic. At first I thought the multiple choices were a bit ridiculously obvious, I realised that they were reinforcing the learning of what not to do. One question I have relates to the child Protection reviews: when it is a case of parents behaviour being a problem, how does assessing the child's progress help, eg if they are in a children''s home, when it is the parent who needs to change? Online learning is not the easiest way to learn things for me but given that, I liked this course and would recommend it to others.”
