“I have ADHD and dyslexia. It took me ages to get through the course - I would have found it helpful to be able to download the individual slides to help with the learning - it would be helpful to make these available within the training”

“I think the training could do more to acknowledge how overstretched services are. The lack of support for parents of children with SEND was mentioned briefly in a video, but otherwise the training assumes that we live in a perfect world where services are always available. We all know this is not the case, and that this has a huge impact on children and families. E.g. in the slide on parental mental health - many parents may have unmet mental health needs, not because they are not seeking support, but because mental health services are at breaking point.”
