“I am angry at the amount of time I have had to spend doing this when I have a lot of stress on my plate with a bereaved step father with vascular dementia and alzheimers and has recently been admitted into a care home 50 miles away from where i live. I am up to my eyes in Admin applying for Deputyship as my mother left no POA and the house is to be sold to pay off an Equity release company. I work full time (13 hrs most days, am mostly self employed) and it has taken 3 hrs last sunday evening, 3 hrs Friday evening and 2 hrs this morning. I am mentally exhausted which is why I failed the first two attempts. I have already completed a safe guarding course at the beginning the academic year. Why another half way through the year? I know it is important but every school I teach at do not seem to accept you will have covered the same exercise with other schools.”
