“I found the use of acronyms confusing, as not all acronyms were clearly explained. When you first meet an acronym, it takes a while to settle in the brain , so just mentioning it's full name once, and then expecting you to remember, when there are so many different ones to recall, is not good practice! Although the information was great, I would have preferred a bit more interactive learning to help my learning experience. Overall, very good and worthwhile, thank you.”
