“It was a good course, which was very informative. For future courses I would think about including an option to turn on and off the reading voice. This is because people take in information differently. I take in information better when I read it myself rather than it being read to me.”

“Having failed the first sitting I went back and went through the summary of each area which was as much use as an ice cube in hell when re-sitting the assessment. The subject material needs to be available as a download so effective revision can be carried out. This is just another example of online training on the cheap and exploitation for commercial gain!”

Hello, thank you for your review. Regarding the summary of each module, you can actually review the whole course by selecting the back button. Unfortunately, the course is unavailable for download or print as all the learning is completed online. Our courses are continually updated due to changing legislation and regulations so any paper copies could become inaccurate or outdated. However, even after you have completed the course and passed the test, you can log back in and repeat any of the learning modules as many times as you like.
