The text is all on the slides itself so even if our learners cannot hear the audio, they can read through the text instead in their own time without having to rush. “Need to be advised to print the slides out as impossible to retain all this information from one time listening to the course. Many of the answer choices are nuanced and not obvious. Made for a frustrating, and not "real world" experience.”

Hello James, Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. I will be sure to pass your feedback onto our content team with regards to the assessment questions for them to have a look into.
