“I found the information detailed, useful and informative. I didn't like the voice reading out reams of information - I found myself easily distracted after a while. It sounds like an AI voice, rather than an actor, which I feel is wrong on many levels, particularly that intonation was often incorrect, acronyms mis-spoken and it puts human actors out of work.”
