“The course was good, although basic. I would have preferred if there was more of a review for the exercises given. I know this couldn't be done on an individual basis, but a general 'If you included x and y and removed z in your edited version then you've achieved a more personable tone and made your message clearer' type slide after the email task, for example, would have been helpful.”
