Hello Hannah, thank you for your review! It's great to hear you enjoyed the course and found it well presented! In regards to downloading the course, the course is unavailable for download or print as our courses are continually updated due to changing legislation and regulations so any downloaded or paper copies could become inaccurate or outdated. However, even after you have completed the course and passed the test, you can log back in and review any of the learning modules and information as many times as you like. To do this, just click on the "Review course" button on the end of the completed module and select previous until you get to the page you want to be at. I hope this helps!
