“I found the Conflict Management Course extremely helpful. I now have a better understanding of what is required from everyone that works in the workplace. The Managers do have a very challenging task if people have issues that require attention and trying to resolve any issues they face. Offering support and recording incidents, i feel is a great way to keep an eye on any issues that arise. If it is required. An informal discussions, and that depends on the situation is always the best option, or mediation, conciliation and arbitration for the really bigger issues. Overall, the Conflict Management Course is an excellent course that all employee's and management should do. 10/10 and 5 star for the great course and assistance from the High Speed Training Team.
