“Was a very good course for how to deal with conflict in the workplace, between staff. I was expecting it to have more practical advice on how to diffuse and de-escalate tensions in a more public-facing scenario. As a lead security officer, I have taken a lot on board regarding conflict amongst my team but I don't feel any more prepared to deal with challenging behaviours from the public.”

I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others!
