“I had a very good experience completing this, (DSE) test.The question were clear praccal and relevant to workplace safty especially for anyone using a computer regulary. I like that is covered important topics such as posture wrist position regular breaks eye strain and risck like RSI. it helped me better understand how to prevent discomfort and healh issues from working at a scrren. the explanation were simple and easy to remember making the advice easy to apply in daily life. i am now more aware of the importance of ergonomics and taking regular breaks. overall i think this test is useful and well-structrured and i would recommend it to anyone who spends a lot of time working ar a computer.”
