“Hi The first few slides instantly lost my attention by throwing in acronym after acronym (DSE, RSI, VDU, ULD etc,). On one of the slides relating 'chairs' you have a photograph of a lady writing at her desk with her legs crossed, then in the section on 'Legs and feet' you tell us not to cross our legs!”
