“I think the last question (how to carry a laptop case) should also take an answer for a shoulder strap diagonally over the body as it is better balanced. I have proved significantly easier carrying on long distance (through airports specifically) with that approach - much better than a carry case with handles where the weight is all on one side of the body and straining on fingers and arms. Apart from that, its a good and instructive course”

“Some of the pictures show people sitting with crossed legs, and one or two of the multiple choice questions have answers that are not quite clear”
