Extremely slow to go through the material, even on the faster setting. Irrelevant information to learn and be tested on eg What is the objective reason why a DSE user should know the name of the law that covers this assessment covers?

Hell Jorge, Thank you for your review and feedback, we appreciate it a lot. We really value the opinions of our customers so I've passed your comments onto the appropriate team to see if there is something we can do for future versions of the course. Thank you again and we wish you all the best in the future. Kind regards, Nicola

Two comments: 1) Keyboard with G, H and B in front of the centre of your body: This is not comfortably possible with most keyboards. Most employers still regularly give out keyboards by default that have a numeric keypad. This would mean the numeric keypad would be taking up the space where the mouse should be positioned. To have G, H and B at the centre means having the numeric keypad in front of the right hand and therefore the right arm has to be uncomfortably extended to reach the mouse. Moving the keyboard backwards and forwards to accommodate the mouse is bad practice and is in itself a repetitive movement that should be avoided. Also, keyboards without a numeric keypad almost always have a strange layout to accommodate other function keys (e.g. F keys are combined with numbers, Ctrl moved from the corner one to the right to accommodate an FN Lock, cursor keys moved to RH Ctrl key, Insert/Home/End made F keys on symbol keys). Unfortunately far too few manufacturers offer a keyboard where it is only the numeric keypad that is omitted, not the movement keys too. If they did, the G, H and B keys could point to the centre of the body and adequate space given to have the mouse operable from a straight-arm position to the right. 2) My monitor is a modern, nearly new, high resolution, high contrast, low glare monitor and is properly set up at native resolution and auto pixel clock. And yet for some reason, and this is the only time it has ever happened, answering a question in your final assessment section makes the screen pulse and flicker wildly when the 'Well done' message appears. I asked colleagues to come over and have a look and they agreed, and laughed that it wouldn't suit an epileptic. My screen has never done this before and isn't doing it now. But there is something about your web pages that actually makes the screen pulse and flicker across the grey background that covers the questions after the answer is submitted. This needs looking at. Some strange script at work here that interferes with the PC's graphics driver (DELL U2722D Color Profile D6500)?
