Good evening Lucy, Thank you for your review! I’m really happy to hear you liked the course content. Unfortunately, the course material is unavailable to print because each course is 100% online and interactive with moving images. Also, it contains confirmation exercises along the way that are designed to ensure that candidates have understood the information they learn as they progress through the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the test, your login details will remain valid for 12 months so you can login again in the future if you need to refer back to the course material. To do this, simply log back in and click "Previous" in the modules until you've reached the pages that you want to review. At the end of each module there is a Module Summary, which you could always note down to help you in the future. I hope this helps and if you require any further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly on 0333 006 7000 or support@highspeedtraining.co.uk Kind Regards, Vicky (Customer Support, High Speed Training).

On one of the questions in the assessment I was told I got the incorrect answer, which I'm not convinced I did, but even if I did, the explanation afterwards didn't really make sense - might be worth double checking.

There was just one acronym that I wasn't familiar with... LSAB? Is that it? Still don't know what it is.

Hello Jasper, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have spoken to our content team and they have confirmed that LSAB refers to the Local Safeguarding Adults Board, as we refer to in the course. Local Authorities are responsible for setting up these boards within their local areas and they are made up of various parties, such as the police, clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) and the local authority themselves. We are currently working on a new version of this course and my colleague has confirmed that they will pass on this feedback so we can look at including some further details to better explain their role and purpose. If you would like more information about the board local to you, you can do so by search on your local council website - https://www.gov.uk/find-local-council I hope that helps however if you have any further questions please let me know. Kind regards, Nicola
