“There are a number of statements used for assessment that are ambiguous/unclear i.e. 'a person may not report' can be read as 'a person does not need to report' Or 'a person might choose not to'. Similarly 'a protection plan must be reviewed every 12 months' - as a protection plan must be reviewed every 6 months this statement is true but the answer the assessment is looking for is false.”
