Most of the assessment questions are a little too easy and can be worked out with common sense, not involving an assessment of learning

1. In the strategy discussion frame, you talk about an 'enquiry'. In the next frames you talk about an 'investigation' (or maybe it was vice versa!). Why don't you use the same word? 2. you don't explain what to do if you think the vulnerable adult is making a false accusation (eg if suffering from paranoia) 3. I would have found it helpful to be given factual case studies at the lesser end of risk ie when it might not be clear cut, and to be asked to decide if this was a concern or not. 4. it would be helpful to have, on the back of the certificate, the checklist of the details of what to record in writing when you become aware of something of concern -also boxes to complete with the name and contact details of the DSP, and the local adult care/police.

Case studies in early modules are very helpful. An example (invented if confidentiality prohibits a real instance) would also serve to clarify and illustrate the reporting and discussion procedures.
