I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. “A couple of questions were a little bit lacking in information... For example A care home resident is under weight, has scratches to leg and hasn't received medication. the answer was physical abuse but it could have also been neglect... we are not to know the scratches to leg are because they have had to help themselves into bed or their chair and caused the injury due to no one being available. or that they have been itchy due to no medication or scratching due to boredom etc. If it has said bruising to arms i think it would have been more obviously physical and not self inflicted due to neglect.”
