“The slides move too slowly. I swtich off the volume because I don't like them being read out loud - though I completely understand why this is done. I read quickly so then I lose interest and concentration whilst I'm waiting for the next slide to come along. I don't see the point of test quesitons asking about which particular piece of legislations says what. The important thing is about understanding the overall concepts. In another two months time, I won't remember which bit was where but that shouldn't really matter, so long as I remember it is somewhere in legislation. I can look it up if I really need to.”

“Training should be allowed to move forward and back at your own pace - also training is only inclusive to those who learn through reading information and memory - for those who don't, it is very difficult to ingest the pages and pages of information.”
