“I found some of the questions not to be particularly helpful for someone who is neurodivergent - also memorising isn't necessarily the best way to test, it's better to check if someone knows where to go if they're unsure. Otherwise good training :D”

Hi Kevin, thank you for your review and feedback! I’m really sorry that you didn’t enjoy training online as much as we would have hoped. Each person is completely different with their learning styles and some people do prefer the face to face style of training which is completely understandable! There is a settings button within our courses that allows you to select your course speed to suit your preference, you can speed it up or slow it down and can revisit your course lerarning modules at any time .
