“again way too slow to get through the content, and yes i do know that you can go double speed, but that still isnt quick enough. please can you allow participants to go at their own speed (add a 3 times speed or 4 times speed). thanks”

Hi Rob, thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear you felt the course was too slow. We have a responsibility as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them. We would be going against CPD and all training requirements if we issued a certificate to someone who hasn't fully completed and understood the course. “It is so slow and difficult to click between slides when you're trying to review. If you want to re-read something on slide 2 it takes such a long time to click through from page 20.”

“I would have liked more engaging video content in the training rather than a voice over reading out lots of text. The topic is really important, but cognitively heavy and so using multiple ways of sharing information would make the training more engaging.”
