“Whenever the training mentions the Equality Act of 2010 and the 9 protected characteristics, it says "gender and gender identity" are protected characteristic, and they are not. Gender Reassignment is the protected characteristic, which is not the same thing as gender identity. Gender identity would fall under British Values, but it's absolutely NOT a Protected Characteristic.”
