Question relating to storage of paper and data records according to ALM requirements (Record Keeping) after cessation of relationship. The paper records maybe stored as an image - so the fact it states Paper and Data records must be kept according tpo MLR Guidelines is obtuse - the paper records may be stored as images so the paper records may be destroyed and therefore only images and data fall directly under the legislature. The question iteself infers that Paper records must be stored - where in fact they do not.
