“There was an error in the documents reporting section where it says 'records may be kept as computerised documents or images rather than in paper format", however, the drag-and-drop exercise at the end required users to place 'both computerised and paper records must be kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR' into the 'true' dropbox. This does not correlate - and needs fixing. Other than that, informative and useful e-course to take. Just users need to make sure they read the assessment questions correctly - which I didn't - hence my not 100% score.”

We have had a look into this and can confirm the content states “Records may be kept as computerised documents or images rather than in paper format, but ensure that you follow the security requirements of the Data Protection Act and GDPR at all times.”.
