“A very good and well put together course. My one reservation is in your lack of clarity on what is and what is not defined as a regulated industry? For instance, your training almost seems to suggest that 'tipping off' only applies to regulated industries. I am in property, so supervised by HMRC not FCA. My understanding was that tipping off rules still applied?”
