“Unfortunately, this training course is heavily aimed at people who work with children, looking a lot at safeguarding procedures throughout, which is off-putting to the rest of the module information which was relevant to our people/work - not all roles are with children, yet we need to have safe recruitment for other vulnerable people/customers.”

Hello Claire, thank you for leaving a review and congratulations on completing your course! Our courses are designed to be a general overview of a topic that covers several areas, but we are sorry if the course doesn't hit the mark for other areas due to it heavily favouring education settings. I will be passing your feedback on to the relevant team to take a look at the areas you have raised. If you have any further questions, or need anything else, please do let us know! All the best! Chloe (Customer Support, High Speed Training)
