“Aimed at childcare setting not suitable for other businesses to use. Hasn't taken covid into account and only encourages face to face interviews . Also asks you to contact references prior to interview , I know that this would deter people from applying if this was the process.”

“Unfortunately, this training course is heavily aimed at people who work with children, looking a lot at safeguarding procedures throughout, which is off-putting to the rest of the module information which was relevant to our people/work - not all roles are with children, yet we need to have safe recruitment for other vulnerable people/customers.”
