“In the first module, in one of the questions, one of the statement implied that discarded cigarettes were a source of ignition. The statement didn't say that they were still lit. Discarded cigarettes alone does not say they are lit. This question needs to be altered. In the assessment, one of the questions asked which body regulates fire safety in England & Wales. This is not relevant to me as I live and work in Scotland. Hence a different body surely regulates this.”
