“1. The training was comprehensive, but it did not take account of the roles/different establishments where a fire may take place. It would be helpful to tailor the training for different workplaces/roles. 2. It would have been better to move through slides at my own pace - I am a fast reader, and it was frustrating to have to wait for the system to move the page on. 3. If a question in the assessment is answered incorrectly, it would be useful to provide the correct answer before moving to the next question. This is because there is a huge amount of information to remember short term. I do not believe this will aid long term memory and therefore will not help in a fire.”
