The videos we're good and help break up the information. The sections could be a bit smaller to help digest the information shared.

This course is dangerously boring and confusing: The course is super long and the risk of boring people and through that, reducing their ability to process and remember relevant information is high. You could easily remove a lot of the material as there are many elements that are confusing or irrelevant for me as an employee: For instance, I am told that in case of a fire, I should not try to fight the fire with a fire extinguisher, unless I'm trained to do so. The vast majority of people won't have that training, so that is where the information about fire extinguishers should stop. You don't do this, however. You go on to explain the 5 different types of fire extinguishers and what they are made of and which types of fires they can be used for. You even make me look at pictograms of different fire extinguishers AND you put two questions on fire extinguishers into the assessment quiz! So now I'm confused.. why do I have to know this when, in the case of a fire, I'm supposed to just leave that extinguisher alone?!? Also, I am not sure why I have to remember at what intervals a fire system needs to have its regular checks or how long the exit lights need to be shining during a test. I'm not going to be responsible for this, so this information is irrelevant (for me), makes the course unnecessarily long, and you risk that employees overlook relevant information (such as what materials are flammable and how they should be stored) and instead remember that the fire safety system needs to be checked every 6 months. Putting irrelevant information into a safety course is a health and safety risk. If you neglect to inform your supervisor about this risk you risk punishment for negligence.
