“A good course and useful to remember best practice. Of course, in reality care at this current time requires support workers in numbers not necessarily good support staff. It is partly inadequate as I believe overseas staff generally do not require or have a DBS check. Also the cost for these staff for a visa is so scandalous that often they are required to do 2 jobs, one to pay for the visa, the other to make ends meet. I don't know the impact on the standard of care given.”
