“Positives: Well written and with attractive visual design. A cut above a lot of the competition in terms of professional presentation. Well researched. Negatives: The mental health section was pretty flawed. One sentence early on suggests that mental health issues can be dealt with 'easily'. This is a fairly insensitive thing to say to anyone with childhood trauma, PTSD, bipolar, long-term depression or anxiety, addiction, schizophrenia... I could go on. Mental health problems are often very difficult to treat, and saying they are not minimises the experiences of sufferers, stigmatises mental health problems and contributes to poor mental health. Also, the language and tone in the mental health section in general felt dry, corporate and unempathetic. Try handling sensitive subjects with a bit more humanity.”

“I loved this course. It was easy to keep up with, easy to understand and full of knowledge, legal and otherwise. I would recommend that anyone does this course because doing so will give you a sense of achievement. I recently tried a course with another provider and ended up suffering from depression because my tutor was marking my answers as correct and then someone else would go into the course and mark them incorrect. I had to give up the course in the end. I felt like such a failure! So. I want to thank this provider for building my confidence in myself.”
