“I would say that this is an entry level overview. For mental wellbeing to be properly trained, and awareness to mental health issues, a separate personal instructor lead course should be provided to all employees. There is now too much in the media to highlight the dangers of impact by "human hazards" and covering this is a top and naming it as such masks the true title and the real outcome.”
