“The course gives way too many irrelevant insights into the history and legal framework behind the Act. The most interesting and practical part was the scenarios of potential bribes causing the learner to think and consider options. An average user should not need to know the details of writing a policy statement or remember what the first case under the Bribery Act was. I recommend re-focusing the scope of the course to meet practical needs of learners who need quick and practical solutions to everyday business dilemma.”
