“Being both a chef and a business owner of my own bakery business, I'm constantly aware of the allergens present within every product that I interact with and produce, but the knowledge behind why we do certain practices in the food sector is always evolving and HST offer this course as a in-depth understanding of what you need to know and help to make sure you know why you are doing what you are doing. I would defiantly recommend this course to others and will likely use it again when I need a refresher on Food Allergen awareness in the future.”
