“I recently completed the Food Allergen Awareness course with High Speed Training, and I found the experience extremely valuable. The course was well structured, detailed, and very practical. What stood out to me most was how the training used real-life examples and scenarios to explain the risks associated with food allergens and cross-contamination. This made the learning very relatable and helped me clearly understand how these risks can arise in real workplace situations. The quizzes were quite challenging, with a pass mark of 90%, which I believe reflects the seriousness of the subject matter.
