“It was powerful to listen to your case studies and understand how important it is to be fully aware of the dangers surrounding severe allergice reaction ie life or death. I felt there could be more information about dealing with anaphylactic shock as a FOH member of staff. This has definitely been an informative course as someone whom has worked in the industry for many year.
