“Silly that you have to wait to skip until the woman has spoken it out loud. I read much faster than I can listen, it made it frustrating with the text coming onto the screen so slowly and not being able to change it.”

“The background music on the restaurant owners video clips was too loud. I am an audio producer and it really annoyed me because it's hard to concentrate on what someone is saying in that instance. The female voice over is doing my head in. I want to read the text at my own pace and have the option to switch it off.”

Hello Michelle, thank you for the feedback on the Food Allergen Awareness course. Your point about the background music on video clips is fair, competing audio makes it unnecessarily difficult to focus on what's being said, especially during key safety information. I will ask the media team to review those clips and lower the background track so the speech is clear. Regarding the voiceover, we appreciate that many learners prefer to read at their own speed. I've logged your request for a mute toggle or text-only option with our platform developers so learners have better control over playback in future updates.
