“★☆☆☆☆ – A Masterclass in Wasting Time I rarely feel compelled to leave a negative review, but this course demands one. Quite simply, it is one of the most tedious and poorly constructed training experiences I've had the misfortune of sitting through. The content is repetitive to the point of being insulting. The same basic ideas are recycled again and again, padded out to an inexcusable length that left me wondering who on earth approved the runtime. The narrator's delivery does nothing to help matters — a flat, monotonous tone that could put a caffeinated insomniac to sleep within minutes. The knowledge checks are laughably easy, seemingly designed for someone who has never interacted with another human being. Anyone with a basic grasp of common sense will find nothing remotely challenging or thought-provoking here. Most damningly, I finished this course having learned absolutely nothing. Every single point covered was either blindingly obvious or something any reasonable adult already knows from lived experience. For a communication training course, it communicated only one thing clearly: that my time has no value. Avoid unless you enjoy being talked down to at length.”
