“I felt that the majority of the questions were leading me to only choose the correct answers, having 3 obviously incorrect answers made this feel less like a training course and more like being handheld. Also the drag and drop answers were very obvious, I felt as though really I didn't need any of the modules before the final assessment; the only reason I got a score of 93% is because I was distracted during one question and misclicked.”

“Easy to access, I found the voice helped as I prefer to listen and read at the same time. Lots of information, I was surprised how much the course covered about how confidence has a big impact on how you communicate. I completed this course in a slow manner which took about 2 1/2 hrs and it is good you are able to go back and access all content for 12 months if and when required. I found the PDF resources helpful and a good way to reflect back on my communication and quickly highlighted where I need to improve without me knowing before starting the course.”
