“It would have been good to have an expanded section on gender pronouns and more examples of how to introduce your own pronouns in person and in email signatures as a way to create a safer more inclusive working environment. I would also like to see the neurodiversity section broken down as it was far too broad for the diversity within this umbrella term. A section on masking would have been useful because many people use this to get through high pressure work environments and then afterwards when they unmask people can be confused by their change in pace/ attentiveness etc.”
