“This course was a very effective way of educating people on first aid, direct and simplistic with great picture diagrams. I felt uncertain that I would remember all of the information needed to pass, but somehow the ways the questions were presented (in a very, almost hands on fashion) really helped mould answers into my head so that I almost knew them instinctively, and I'm hoping that when the time comes I am just as calculated and ready to give first aid as this course has taught me!”
