“A lot of generic information that isn't specific to my industry. Advised to take this after having had a Legionella Risk Assessment (LRA) carried out, but I don't feel I really learnt anything that I could use practicably in my work place. I will still need assistance from a professional to decipher the LRA and complete all remedial actions as the detailed knowledge needed to do a lot of the remedial actions can only come from a qualified water treatment professional who has had extensive academic and practical training, and not just someone who feels they are competent enough after completing this short and vague course. Frustrated and disappointed.”
