“80% totally irrelevant to our organisation. No cooling towers/systems, no rental accommodation, no spa's. Tone is condescending to the user. Risk assessment pushed heavily yet again when has been covered in dozens of other courses. Design a simpler course for organisations that don't have the complex systems referred to in your course.”
