“Could have been more interactive and have shown videos on how to complete weekly tap flushes as this is why this course was chosen to assist the responsible person at our company in relation to their weekly duties. Research showed that this was covered but it was not covered in detail on how long to flush the taps and how you do it safely without spray or how you do a mixer tap etc.”
