“Allow earlier skipping on all slides as it is a slight waste of time for people who know all about the subject but just need the qualification. Apart from that .... amazing! many thanks.”

Thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear you felt the course was too slow. I am sure you can appreciate the responsibility we have as a training provider to ensure our users are taking the time to read and understand the information in front of them, and if we had an option to skip the slides earlier, this could allow people who are not knowledgable on the subject to skip through without taking the content in, therefore struggling and becoming frustrated with the assessment. I do however appreciate some people absorb information faster than others! There is a settings button within our courses and it does allow you to select your course speed to suit your preference, I hope that this will improve your experience if you purchase from us again! “This was an informative training session with all required knowledge included. It is great to work at your own pace, allowing note taking. The audio is also a welcome addition. Clearly it must have made me take everything in as I got 100% on first attempt.”
