“Good course, had hoped it would go into practical testing methods, such as understanding of terms like cold sentinel tap, non re-circulating systems, working examples of routine maintenance, timetables & recognising different hot water systems and knowing the risks of appliances such as washing machines/dishwashers, examples of cleaning/descaling.
