Although we do give an approximate timescale for our courses it is just a guide as we understand that everyone learns at different speeds and often people make notes whilst they complete the course which can mean it takes longer to complete. “over all the training was good. however the exercises where you drag 8 answers in to two boxes needs improving as it will not tell you what you have got wrong or right and has you second guessing your correct answers.”

Hi Hina, thank you for your review and feedback, we really appreciate it! The reason we don’t show the correct answer if you have got a question incorrect is because we want to encourage our learners to recap on the areas where they went wrong to ensure they fully understand the material. You can also take the end assessment as many times as you like at no extra cost. I will definitely pass this feedback on though to see if it is something we can look at for the future. Many thanks!
